The official scoring guidelines should always be consulted for official record assessments.
3. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy. In no event shall the developers or distributors of this app be liable for any claims, damages, or injuries resulting from your training, physical fitness test participation, or reliance on calculations provided by the Application.
4. Intellectual Property
All source code, designs, and content within the Application are owned by the developer or licensed under appropriate open-source agreements. The official Air Force scoring tables are public government information and are compiled herein for user calculation convenience.
5. Termination
Your license to use the Application terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these terms, or if you delete and uninstall the Application from all devices.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
